Thunder

I'm lying here in bed listening to the thunder and watching the lightning flash through my darkened window. What a sight. It's amazing to me how fast the world changes, how fast it cycles. Somehow hearing the thunder makes me come out of my own head for a moment and see the world beyond my thoughts. I've had a rough few days with my anxiety disorder/OCD. Leave it to Heavenly Father to send thunder when I really need it.
